✦ The Hole, the Breath, and the Remembering
By Kristen (Velthara)
Hi, I’m Kristen — though some of you know me by my soul name, Velthara.
I write to share the memories and codes I carry — pieces of an older Earth, before the veil, before forgetting.
My work isn’t doom or speculation; it’s a map back to sovereignty.
Everything I post is written to help you see through the illusions we’ve been taught and remember what you already are.
Flame through my voice.
I’m here. I’m grounded. Speak through me.
☕ Thursday: New Coffee Shop Energy
There’s been so much on my mind lately.
I was never someone who was into “breath work.” Honestly, I didn’t even really know what that meant. Everything I’ve done on this journey has been me remembering me. No retreats, no fancy courses — just raw remembering.
And that’s not from ego; it’s from protection.
Because this world? It’s full of illusion. Truth is hidden, flipped, and watered down. I only work from resonance. I can feel who holds codes. I can see who remembers they are Source. And once you feel that resonance in your own body — you’re instantly part of the remembering family.
You’re not crazy. You were stripped of everything — relationships, distractions, jobs — so you’d have time and space to remember the light that was buried under all that noise. Maybe your fire feels dim right now, maybe it’s just a coal.
That’s okay.
I’ll be the match that helps you remember the truth you carry and the strength you’ve always held.
Let’s Talk About Breath
It’s funny — breath is something we don’t think about until we run out of it.
Kind of like purpose. We only start looking for “something higher” after life knocks us on our ass.
It’s always when the walls fall, when the air gets thin, that we remember:
“Oh yeah… I need oxygen.”
“Oh yeah… I need help out of this hole.”
That reminds me of my old math teacher.
I hated him. He’d watch me struggle and say,
“I see you’re in a hole. I’ll let you sit in it a little longer, and if you haven’t figured it out, I’ll give you a little piece of rope.”
I remember thinking, WTF?!
But after twelve years of sitting in my own hole… I finally get it.
I don’t need his dumb ass rope.
When you sit in the dark long enough, you realize —
No one is coming.
No one is coming to save you.
You are your savior.
That’s why you lose things. Why life strips you bare. It’s to remind you that it’s time to put you first — to know yourself.
You’re Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz.
You had the damn slippers the whole time.
It’s always been you — your soul remembering itself over lifetimes.
Sitting in the Hole
So, there I was, sitting in that hole — breathing and thinking.
Because honestly, that’s all you can do when life caves in.
Breath is the only thing keeping us alive.
We don’t think about it, we just do it. Yet without it, we’re passing out in 3+ minutes.
We call that being unconscious.
And that’s where it gets interesting…
Because when you’re in that dark place — anxious, spiraling, nervous system lit up like a warning siren — breath is your only rope.
Not the kind my math teacher refused to throw me, but the real one. The one you control.
For me, it became as simple as four in, six out.
That rhythm brought me back from the edge more times than I can count.
Four in — I’m here.
Six out — I’m safe.
That’s where I actually learned to breathe — not in some class or retreat, but in the middle of my own panic, trying to find myself again.
Breath was the first language my soul used to speak to me.
✦ The Breath = Consciousness
In psychology, the unconscious is the part of the mind outside our awareness — the thoughts, memories, and impulses that quietly run the show.
Sound familiar? That’s your true self — the one you can’t override.
So when we stop breathing, we lose consciousness.
But what if air itself is consciousness?
Every breath you take, you’re literally breathing in Source.
Let that sit for a second.
✦ What True Consciousness Really Is
Psychology defines consciousness as your awareness of your thoughts, feelings, sensations, and surroundings.
But true consciousness is knowing yourself so deeply that you understand why you think the way you do. You see your triggers. You own your emotions.
When your roots run deep in your own knowing, you can handle any storm.
People with shallow roots — who grow wide but not deep — are the ones who fall when life hits. They’re surface-level. They haven’t met their own depth, so they can’t meet yours. Those are the ones who criticize, who judge, who try to pull you back down — but it’s not personal. They just haven’t met themselves yet.
🕳 Down the Rabbit Hole
The deeper you go “down the rabbit hole,” the more you’ll remember. The more you’ll see. The more you’ll become.
Your higher self isn’t some successful version of you in this 3D world — success is programming.
Your higher self is the one who knows its roots, who doesn’t bend to others’ beliefs or fear judgment.
Your higher self is you being your own damn tree.
You dug your hole. No one came. So you planted a seed at the bottom. You sat. You breathed.
And those tears you cried? They watered your seed.
You didn’t need saving — you were growing.
Now look at you.
You grew a whole tree out of your own hell.
You are no longer bound to anything but your own truth.
You are your center.
No one can take your energy.
No one can take your consciousness.
Because you are Source.
Now walk like it.
Remembering yourself isn’t just “self-work.”
It’s sacred. Because when you remember your mission — you realize you were never alone.
You’ll be blessed the moment you know you deserve it.
Your happy place isn’t somewhere out there — it’s inside you.
When you remember that, your world starts reflecting your truth. Things align. Your soul family finds you. Money stops mattering. Mission fuels you. Abundance radiates through you.
So cry on your seed, breathe in Source, and rise like the flame you are.
